Grafics image Tool for LowLevel Image processing

Pictures is toolset for low level image processing. A good image viewer is a part of this tool. Many graphics formats are supported. PICTURES is written in language PASCAL. It support various functions for example:

filtering by mask
filtering by median
morphology operations (dilatation, erosion)
canny edge detection (+full scale tracing)

Convertor from WP to LaTeX

WPtoLaTeX WP2LaTeX is a program, which is designed to translate WordPerfect documents into LaTeX 2.09 and LaTeX 2.0e. The current version is abble to cope with WordPerfect 3.x; WordPerfect 4.x; WordPerfect 5.x and WordPerfect 6.x documents.

Now the experimental conversion from HTML and RTF is available.

WP2LaTeX is NOT a text procesor and converted documents will require a LaTeX document procesor. Don't expect miracles from the conversion, but this utility may be userful for you.
