  Relocated three misplaced tests for NULL png_ptr.
  Built Makefile.in with automake-1.9.6 instead of 1.9.2.
  Build configure with autoconf-2.60 instead of 2.59
  Added some typecasts in png_zalloc().
  Changed "strtod" to "png_strtod" in pngrutil.c
